1.01. Accept full responsibility for their own work
Our project is based on saving lives, giving instructions to the people who are trapped inside a building during a fire situation. It reacts during an ultimately panic and stress situation. Therefore it needs to be full equipped in handling such crises.
When creating a system like this, the development phase needs to be treated with so much care. One mistake can bring utter disaster. Wrong information can lead people to death. Keeping this factor in mind as the team who are developing this system we took full responsibility as a team as well as individuals.
Important modules and functionalists of the systems developed separately, all the members were given responsibility to develop these modules of their domain and they were responsible for unit testing and make the module work smoothly.
Team members work together to make the system work by combining the separately developed modules.
