4.04. Not engage in deceptive financial practices such as bribery, double billing, or other improper financial practices.

With our business model there is no space for such deceptive financial practices. The service provided for normal users are freely available for anyone. We charge from building owners  to configure the system in their environment. This is a one time cost for them. Apart from that annual maintenance cost will be required for the betterment of the system. It is necessary and nothing falls in the category of  deceptive financial practices.

Even while configuring the system in buildings, we have make sure to charge only the required amount and nothing else. A system like this requires months and months of hard work and commitment therefore whatever we have charged are fully ethical and only for the betterment of the service that we provide.
