Not unjustly prevent someone from taking a position for which that person is
suitably qualified
Our team was consist of students from both CS and
ICT streams. We have given all our members suitable positions according to
their passion and their ability. Mainly CS students were looking into the
development of the system whereas ICT students focused lot towards the business
side of it.
Two of us who are having good soft skills and
interpersonal skills, worked on requirement gathering phase. As our system
consists of two main parts, mobile version and tablet version, we got into
groups of two and took each part according to our abilities and knowledgeable
streams.
