7.03. Credit fully the work of others and refrain from taking undue credit


Since our project needed individuals contribution in developing different components, each person was given the credit for completing their tasks. We monitored each persons contribution in iteration wise. So far no one has claimed credits for work which is not done by them.

We admired team members who comes up with new ideas and creative performances. Our system consists of several 3rd party libraries and components. In the documentation phase we gave the credit for each of the things that we have taken from different sources.
