Assist colleagues in professional development
We took initiatives from our project to let all the
team members develop their skills in their desired areas. In order to let them
improve in their weaker or much interested area, we allocated tasks accordingly.
Most of the time we conducted our meeting in English therefore it was very beneficial for everyone to improve their language skills. Some didn't had much
sound basis of analytic and programming skills so we gave them the opportunity to develop by providing more information.
We
had weekly iterations in order to get an idea about our project progress. Each
week one person took the leadership and conducted the meeting. Instead of same person presenting the progress
we took turns so that each one of the group will have equal opportunity to
increase their skills in leadership and upon presenting a project to a client.
