7.05. Give a fair hearing
to the opinions, concerns, or complaints of a colleague
When the development phase grows, different opinions occur among
team members about different aspects. In such situations we try to get together as a whole team and ask everyone to express their thoughts on the matter and discuss
whether they are applicable. After all the discussions, the final decision is taken in a way that it benefits the whole team and the project . This really helped avoiding conflict
situations among members in the project group.
When a member comes up with an issue or an idea he has the right to make reasonable points and acceptable methods within the scope of the project for excuses of his assumptions. No matter what happens after figuring out the best appropriate path every team member should follow that in order to give a better out come in the project.
